江苏辉能电气携手伊顿组建合资公司
近日，江苏辉能电气有限公司（江苏辉能）股东将江苏辉能50%的公司股权售予伊顿。这是继2021年协助环宇集团引入伊顿的战略投资之后，厚瓴沃特在电气领域完成的又一交易，进一步推动了国内低压电器行业的整合和升级。
江苏辉能电气有限公司是中国领先的低压电器设备制造商，公司成立于2007年，总部位于中国镇江，主要制造和销售低压断路器、继电器、接触器等。辉能拥有强大的产品研发能力，以及行业领先的产品创新能力。公司产品应用领域广泛，尤其在新能源应用领域凭借优异的产品技术和性能取得了领先的市场地位。2021年江苏辉能营业收入达到3500万美元。
伊顿是全球知名的电气行业头部企业，拥有100多年的历史。伊顿的业务遍布全球170多个国家和地区，2021年总收入达196亿美元。伊顿早在1993年就进入中国市场，并已成长为中国低压电气行业的头部企业之一。
通过这次交易，江苏辉能希望结合自身在产品创新和生产方面的优势，与伊顿在国内外强劲的销售渠道强强联合，推动江苏辉能和伊顿的共同发展。
