Michael Moriarty

Michael is a manager at IBI Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. He has advised on a number of transactions across a variety of sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, engineering and energy.

Michael joined IBI in 2021 from PwC, where he spent four years working in the transaction services department advising on numerous buy-side and sell-side deals. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and law from UCD and qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) in 2020.
