Arnaud is a senior advisor at Oaklins France. He has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on M&A transactions and has closed over 50 deals. His clients include mid-market companies and private equity funds as well as large groups, such as LVMH and ENGIE. Recent clients he has advised include CliniDom (sell-side), Wine&Co.com (sell-side), Corona Medical (sell-side), FSA (sell-side), Delamaison.fr (sell-side), JVD (sell-side) and Elephorm.com (sell-side).

Previously, Arnaud was a managing director at DC Advisory for more than nine years, during which time he opened its Lyon office. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. He has a DECF and a master’s in financial engineering from Emlyon.
