The Sierra-Cedar Group, Inc. has divested Sierra Systems to NTT Data Services
Sierra-Cedar, Inc., a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, has sold its Canadian subsidiary, Sierra Systems, to global technology services provider NTT Data Services.
Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Sierra Systems is a leading IT services platform with a 50+ year track record providing a full range of consulting, systems integration and application managed services across Canada.
NTT Data Services is a division of Tokyo-based NTT Data Corporation, a top 10 global business and IT services provider with over 118,000 professionals. This acquisition will expand NTT Data’s North American footprint with a significant Canadian presence and bolster its digital services capabilities and talent in core technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and ServiceNow.
Sierra-Cedar provides consulting, technical and managed services for the deployment, management and optimization of next-generation applications and technology. It offers application services, such as implementation and upgrade services for Oracle, Workday, Infor, Tyler, Oracle OBIEE, OBIA, Hyperion, EPM and BI Cloud; and business intelligence, including strategic scorecard performance management, master data strategies, enterprise data warehouse design and implementation, training services for business users and technical support teams, and hosting and post implementation support models, as well as business intelligence metadata design, reporting and analytics.
One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Sierra-Cedar, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, in this transaction.
