Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair & Co. (Alhokair) has acquired Innovative Union Company from Food and Entertainment Co. Ltd.

Alhokair is a leading fashion, beauty and food retailer in Saudi Arabia, with international operations across 13 countries and long-term relationships with more than 80 leading international retail brands. The business operates 530,000 square miles of real estate space across approximately 100 shopping malls. It is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange and has a market capitalization of circa US$1 billion.

Innovative Union Company, based in Saudi Arabia, has the franchise rights for ten profitable international food and beverage brands.

Oaklins’ team in Saudi Arabia acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the buyer in this transaction.
