Max Yron

Senior Advisor

Max is a senior advisor at Oaklins E. Canada. He has strong credit and risk analysis experience to structure and negotiate large and complex deals, particularly for leveraged buy-outs, cash flow loans and syndicated transactions across a wide spectrum of industries with public and private companies.

Max has a corporate finance background gained from a 30-year career with a major Canadian bank. He has held various positions involving domestic transactions as well as international export finance, always with a focus on business development and portfolio expansion. Through his team leadership, he has acquired an in-depth understanding of the banking industry and strong skills for selling complex products across the numerous business lines of a banking institution. Max is a HEC Montréal graduate.
