Alpix has been acquired by Cyllène
The private shareholders of Alpix have sold the company to Cyllène.
Alpix is a regional IT services company based in France. It designs, develops and implements complete IT solutions to help companies, public organizations and professionals to implement digital transformation. Alpix works with the two most renowned players in the market: Sage and Microsoft Dynamics, and with leading business partners such as Watchguard, DellEMC and Jaguard Networks.
Cyllène supports its clients in their digital information systems transformation projects and offers tailor-made IT services solutions in infrastructure, outsourcing and public cloud technologies, notably on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. With a team of 360 people, Cyllène has a US$57 million turnover and works mainly for large accounts on medium-term projects. Cyllène continues, particularly through external growth, to strengthen its expertise and services to support its customers and will initiate its international expansion. Cyllène is an investment of Bee-Up Capital (PE) and Alpix is the eighth build-up.
