Baran is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A mid-market team. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials.

Baran joined the firm in 2020. Previously, he was an intern at ABN AMRO and at a private equity firm. He obtained his master’s in finance & investments and financial law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and was an exchange student at the National University of Singapore.
