Decopharma has been acquired by CTT – Correios de Portugal, strengthening its position as a national reference in pharmaceutical logistics solutions. This strategic transaction marks an important step in the consolidation of the specialized logistics sector in Portugal, combining Decopharma’s expertise in healthcare logistics with CTT’s robust infrastructure and growth potential.
Decopharma provides end-to-end logistics services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, covering medicines such as over-the-counter products (OTC), nutraceuticals, cosmetics and veterinary items, as well as medical devices including hospital equipment, consumables and laboratory supplies. With a team of around 30 employees, the company manages the entire logistics chain — from goods reception and storage to quality control, order processing and distribution.
CTT – Correios de Portugal is a leading provider of integrated logistics and distribution services, offering parcel delivery, express shipping and e-commerce solutions. Backed by a nationwide infrastructure and specialized subsidiaries like CTT Expresso, the company enables efficient last-mile delivery and supply chain operations for businesses across various sectors.
