Associate

Kelly is an associate at Oaklins France. She supports clients across a wide range of assignments related to both the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates, including industry research, financial modeling, valuation analyses and the preparation of marketing materials. She has been involved in several transactions, including advising the well-known French private equity fund Siparex on its acquisition of 123Elec, a B2B e-commerce platform specializing in electrical equipment; the sale of Capency, a leading SaaS provider of data quality solutions, to its private equity-backed competitor DQE; the sale of Easy-BARF, a producer of natural raw frozen pet food, to The Nutriment Company, a European pet food platform; and the primary minority LBO of Aptic, a key player in executive searches for top and middle management.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2022, Kelly had completed internships as an M&A analyst at Translink CF France (ex-Financière Monceau) and at KPMG CF, and as a financial auditor at HLP Audit. She has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School.
