Credit Express NV has acquired Credit Management Services
Credit Express NV, based in Sweden, has acquired Credit Management Services, Transcom SA's debt collection operations in Poland and the Czech Republic, for an undisclosed consideration.
Credit Express NV, partly owned by SVEA EKONOMI, is a leading debt collector group in Central and Eastern Europe.
Created in 1995 by the investment company Kinnevik, Transcom SA is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services through our extensive network of contact centers and work-at-home agents. This transaction is in line with the company's strategy to focus on its core business – outsourced customer care solutions.
