SRKF has acquired ADOTEL-HEX Ltd.

SRKF has acquired a minority shareholding in ADOTEL-HEX Ltd. from ŽELSYS a.s. Financial details have not been disclosed.

SRKF is a public-private equity firm based in Slovakia.

ADOTEL-HEX Ltd., founded in 1991, is a company dedicated to the design, implementation and installation of railway and road security systems, teleinformation and communication access networks and systems.

ŽELSYS a.s. is the specialized technological assembly company, acting above all in the transport construction and telecommunications areas. They are a member of Slovak Castor & Pollux Group. The company participates in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects for railways, roads and highways, airports, industry parks and telecommunications.
