Driving Academy has been acquired by a majority shareholder
December 2014 — The public-private equity fund SRKF has realized an option for divestment of its 49,9% stake in Driving Academy with pre-agreed investment return with the company's majority shareholder. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Driving Academy operates the first professional safe driving center in Slovakia, which can serve novice drivers, but also professionals (the pulling platform is suitable for trucks and buses). The company provides courses on the training field in Orechová Potôň in Western Slovakia, the key catchment area within the country.
