Suir Pharma has been acquired by Saneca Pharmaceuticals
Mutares AG, a German private equity investor, has sold Suir Pharma to Saneca Pharmaceuticals for an undisclosed consideration.
Suir Pharma is an independent contract manufacturing company working with many established pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Suir Pharma (formerly a Stada AG manufacturing site) is well known as a manufacturer of generic medicines with the highest quality standards. The company currently supplies various markets in Europe and has been supplying the USA since 1988.
Saneca Pharmaceuticals is a supplier to the global pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. A privately-owned company, Saneca Pharmaceuticals develops and produces high quality pharmaceutical dosage forms, including solid, liquids, gels and creams. The company’s entire portfolio covers a wide range of therapeutic categories and reaction capabilities. Saneca Pharmaceuticals was originally established in 1940 and is located in Slovakia.
