Spring has completed an equity raise
The owners and management of Spring have completed a fundraising to support its growth strategy.
Spring, a new home-buying service, acts as the property purchaser, giving home sellers speed, certainty and confidence in the sale of their residential property. It actively supports both agents and property developers with sales and part exchange programs, particularly in challenging market conditions.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the owners and management of Spring on the successful raise of equity and follow-on debt.
