Westiform, ID Néon and Nicklex merge to form WIN Group
The shareholders of Westiform Group have sold their shares to WIN Group, a newly created entity owned by the Hofmann family and consisting of ID Néon and Nicklex, two major players in the visual communication market in Switzerland.
Westiform is the leading company in the planning and realization of indoor and outdoor visual communication. Its solutions include illuminated signage and lettering, POS and shopfitting elements, digital signage and directional systems. As an integrator and full-service provider, Westiform manages a project from concept, production and implementation to service, maintenance and dismantling. The three companies of the WIN Group will remain independent and retain their brands. Thanks to the bundling of competencies and resources, WIN Group will become a comprehensive solution provider for visual communication, covering everything from illuminated advertising, signaling, digital signage and advertising technology to interior design, with the capability of serving customers all over Switzerland.
Oaklins’ team in Switzerland advised the shareholders of Westiform Group in the sale of 100% of the share capital through a structured sale process.
