Fincentrum has been acquired by ARX E. P. & Capital Dynamics
The private owners and founders have announced the sale of a 75% equity interest in Fincentrum, the leading Czech and Slovak financial intermediary, to the private equity funds of ARX Equity Partners and Capital Dynamics. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
