Morten Gedbjerg

Associate Director

Morten is an associate director at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He brings broad financial and M&A experience from auditing, accounting, financial due diligence, transaction services and corporate M&A. Morten has worked on several transactions, both as an external M&A advisor and as a corporate buyer and seller.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2023, Morten was an M&A advisor at COWI A/S, a leading engineering consultancy firm in Scandinavia, where he worked on various global buy- and sell-side transactions, corporate strategy, financial analyses and corporate development. Before joining COWI A/S in 2019, he worked in Deloitte’s transaction services department for four years, conducting financial due diligence and advising on several buy-side and sell-side transactions. Morten started his career as an auditor at PwC, and has a master’s in business economics and auditing (cand.merc.aud).
