Michael Bauman

Associate

Michael is an associate at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process. Michael has completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors and family and founder-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the consumer, industrial and business services sectors, including the sales of MPL Company, Summit Companies and Spencer Enterprises.

Michael joined the firm in 2016. He graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has a BBA, with concentrations in finance and strategy & management consulting.
