Daren Pietsch

Principal

As a principal at Heritage Capital Group, Oaklins’ member firm in Jacksonville and Savannah, Daren’s primary areas of expertise are M&A transactions in the USA and abroad, growth strategy development and implementation, corporate turnaround and shareholder value creation. He has experience in several sectors, including construction, logistics, distribution and manufacturing in the forest products, chemical and marine equipment segments.

Prior to joining Heritage Capital Group, Daren held leadership positions with Georgia-Pacific, Rayonier, Hilti and PaR Systems. He led Marine Systems Technology in Winsford, UK, a company PaR acquired in 2012. Daren has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also has degrees in finance/financial law and strategy from the University of London and the University of Oxford, respectively. Daren has FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses and is a Fellow (FStratPS) of The Strategic Planning Society based in London, UK.
