Experienced in M&A and financing across several industries, he has particular expertise in healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture and financial services. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the management buy-out of Refinancia and Referencia and the acquisition of Rentandes by 23 & Park.

Diego has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
