Cherubini S.p.A. has acquired Mi-Metal S.r.l.
Founded in 1947, Cherubini is active in the sector of movement solutions for solar protection systems and home automation. Today, the group has more than 300 employees, with a turnover of US$64 million in 2022, and has branches in Spain, France, Germany, Turkey and China.
Mi-Metal, owned by the Marchetti family, has been active in the production of roller shutter and garage door systems since 1948. The company provides motors and manual accessories for the movement of awnings, pergolas, roller shutters, blinds and screens, with a whole series of integrated systems for roller blinds and garage doors, in particular rolls, pulleys, supports, plastic bottoms and tape coilers. Based in Barbarano Mossano, Italy, Mi-Metal is active in the major markets of Europe, the Middle East and America.
