Beechfield Care Group has been acquired by IMMAC Holding AG
The private shareholders of Beechfield Care Group have sold the company to IMMAC Holding AG for US$35 million.
Beechfield Care Group operates nursing homes in Dublin, Ireland, offering accommodation, care, assistance, and well-being services to its residents. The company also provides retirement solutions for the elderly. The group was created in the 1980s and has developed a reputation for nursing care professionalism in the local communities that it serves.
IMMAC Holding is a real estate fund company based in Germany. With subsidiaries in Austria, England and Benelux, IMMAC is a leader in real estate investments in the healthcare sector. The fund mainly invests in social services such as hospitals, nursing homes or senior citizen housing. The fund portfolio is one of the largest in Europe.
