The Riverside Company has sold Eurogard to Nanogate
The Riverside Company has successfully sold the shares of Dutch-based Eurogard, subsidiary of its Swedish portfolio company Vokes Air, to the German listed company Nanogate.
Eurogard is the world’s largest applicator of optical coatings on transparent polycarbonate and acrylic sheets. The company is the recognized knowledge center in the niche market of sheet coating and is able to enhance the surface properties of its customers’ sheets according to the highest quality standards
Nanogate is an international integrated systems provider for nanosurfaces, concentrating primarily on enhancing high performance surfaces. The company offers a range of technologies for both two- and three-dimensional components.
The Riverside Company is a private equity company investing in companies at the smaller end of the middle-market.
