eDuct AB has been acquired by CENTROTEC Sustainable AG
CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, through its subsidiary Centrotherm, listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange, specializing on energy-efficient technology, has acquired all shares in eDuct AB. Financial details have not been disclosed.
eDuct AB owns prototypes and intellectual property relating to a new innovative duct-system for ventilation. “The acquisition of eDuct by Centrotec confirms the need for innovative thinking and product development within the ventilation sector. Combining our competences within ventilation and product development, we have been able to design a product with features widely superior to those of traditional solutions. Through Centrotec, we are now able to bring the product to the market," says Peter Wallin that, together with Göran Bernharsson, is behind eDuct.
CENTROTEC Sustainable AG is a Germany-based company primarily engaged in the supply of energy-saving systems and high-performance materials for the construction industry. The company divides its activities into three business segments, Gas Flue Systems, Climate Systems and Medical Technology and Engineering Plastics. The company is also active in the field of solar power systems. Through its subsidiaries, it operates mainly in European countries.
