Rosink Apparate- und Anlagenbau has been acquired by Bilfinger Berger Power Services
Bilfinger Berger Power Services (Bilfinger Berger) has expanded its activities with the acquisition of Rosink Apparate-und Anlagenbau GmbH (Rosink). The two parties have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.
Rosink is a leading provider of heating surface cleaning systems in Europe and a market leader in Germany in the production of finned tubes. As part of the acquisition, Bilfinger Berger will also receive a number of important patents.
The acquisition enables Bilfinger Berger to complement its activities in the manufacturing and assembly of waste heat boilers, the efficiency of which is influenced to a great extent by the dimensioning of the finned tubes.
