The private shareholders of B&V Bauträger und Vertrieb (B&V) have sold the company to ESTAVIS AG for an undisclosed consideration.

B&V buys, sells and redevelops landmark buildings.

ESTAVIS AG provides private and institutional investors with investments based on German properties such as apartments, developments and risk-diversified property portfolios, including all services. ESTAVIS AG is based in Berlin and is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISCN: A0KFKB).
