Corpus Sireo Holding GmbH & Co. has sold a mixed-use building in central Berlin, with a usable area of about 2,800 m², to Indigo Invest Holding GmbH & Co. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Indigo Invest is an independent German real estate investment company with a strong equity base. The business invests in all types of standing assets with a focus on Germany and creates value through active management, drawing upon its management team's experience and track record in real estate investing as well as asset management.
