A building in Berlin has been acquired by EB IMMOBILIENMANAGEMENT GmbH

DOBA Fondsgesellschaften has sold an office and apartment building in Münzstraße in central Berlin, with a usable area of about 7,000 m², to EB IMMOBILIENMANAGEMENT GmbH. Financial details have not been disclosed.

EB IMMOBILIENMANAGEMENT was founded in 2002 by the Managing Partner Enver Büyükarslan, nowadays managing more than 100 residential and business houses and more than 3,000 housing and business units.

DOBA Fondsgesellschaften owns real estate properties in 54 locations in 23 cities in Germany.
