Euretco B.V. has sold SPORT 2000 Nederland to ANWR-Garant International AG

Euretco B.V., based in the Netherlands, has sold SPORT 2000 Nederland to ANWR-Garant International AG for US$3.2 million. The Netherlands Competition Authorities (NMA) had instructed Euretco to sell SPORT 2000 Nederland following the merger between Euretco B.V. and Intres B.V. earlier this year.

ANWR-Garant International AG is Europe’s leading trade cooperative supporting over 11,000 shoes, sports and leather goods stores.

Euretco B.V. is the largest retail service organization in the Netherlands with over 2,400 associated entrepreneurs that represent about US$4 billion in consumer sales. Well known store formats and concepts include Intersport, Libris, Lampenier, Blz, Livera, Coach Sneakers and Runnersworld.

Stones Infra Projects has raised debt finance

This transaction marked a successful debt raise to fund Oleander Farms’ growth. Strategically located in Karjat between Mumbai and Pune, this five-star resort caters to luxury travelers, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions), weddings and large-scale events. The rising demand for additional room inventory to host sizable gatherings, along with the scarcity of large-format resorts in the region, were key drivers behind raising capital to accelerate expansion.
