The private shareholders have announced the sale of a 100% stake in D+C Airparts Batterys in Europe to Sperber Aviation Industries GmbH, for an undisclosed consideration.
D+C Airparts Batterys in Europe D+C airparts is the European marekt leader in full service solutions for special batteries for the aerospace industry. The product portfolio includes aircraft aviation batteries of various manufactureres, battery chargers and analyzers, spare parts, the company also offers maintenance and reapir services of batteries, warranty repairs, upgrade and refurbishment of batteries and trainings. The products are distributed through an international sales network or vendors to international, well-known clients from the aerospace industry.

The buyer has achieved through this acquisition an expansion of his product portfolio and the internationalization of his business activities.
