David Healy

Senior Associate

David is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has advised on a number of buy-side, sell-side and capital raising transactions, with a focus on the financial services and technology sectors. Most recently he was involved in advising Stonewood Group on the sale of NLP Financial Management to Saltus.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked for KPMG, where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021. He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2017.
