Malte Meiser

Associate

Malte is an associate in the debt advisory team at Oaklins Germany. He advises clients on a broad range of financing solutions, including acquisition, growth and real estate financing, as well as working capital facilities and refinancings. Malte works across all sectors and with a wide range of clients, including mid-sized companies and private equity investors.

Before joining Oaklins, Malte was an associate in the financial advisory (FAS | M&A) practice at Forvis Mazars, where he was involved in financial due diligence, company valuations and the preparation of fact books in the context of M&A transactions. He previously gained experience in debt advisory at d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien AG, most recently working as a real estate development debt manager. Malte began his career at Volksbank Kassel Göttingen eG, where he completed a banking apprenticeship and subsequently worked as a corporate client advisor. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
