Luca is an analyst at Angermann M&A Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oaklins Germany, specializing in small cap and distressed M&A. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales material.

Prior to joining the company, Luca gained experience at a German private bank and two Big Four firms, building a strong foundation in M&A and corporate finance. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA.
