Christoph Rummelt

Director

Christoph is a director at Oaklins Germany and leads its construction & engineering services team. He is also a member of the TMT team. With more than 10 years of M&A experience, he particularly focuses on tech-enabled companies across diverse industries. He has advised private and corporate clients on transactions in the hardware & software, engineering, ESG, infrastructure, construction and agriculture segments. Notable deals include the sale of FORLIANCE to Macquarie, HAWITA to Group DC, IT-Seal to Hornetsecurity, shares in GÖR to D&S, Listan to Afinum and ESE to Deutsche Bahn.

Christoph joined Oaklins in 2013 after internships in sales, advisory and group controlling at large German Mittelstand companies in Stuttgart and Frankfurt. He further developed his expertise as a visiting consultant at one of Oaklins’ offices in the United States. Christoph has a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Münster. Before that, he studied at the University of Tübingen and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
