Danny Bredal

Associate Director

Danny is an associate director at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He thrives on finding the right solutions for clients, whether in Denmark or abroad. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of M&A projects, working closely with the team on the preparation of project material, and is in daily contact with clients, potential buyers and other professional advisors throughout the advisory process. Danny also has due diligence experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors for both corporations and private equity clients, with particular experience in the automation, manufacturing and industrials sectors. Notable recent transactions include the sale of C&B Systemer to Via Equity, the acquisition of AlliancePlus Norway by Toma Gruppen, and Mechan Groep B.V.’s acquisition of Maskinhandler Indkøbsringen A/S.

Danny joined Oaklins in 2022. He has a master’s in communications and strategy from Copenhagen Business School, and a diploma in business development in emerging markets.
