Jens is chairman of the board of Angermann Investment Advisory AG, which covers the real estate division in the Angermann Group, of which Oaklins Germany is a part. Notable transactions Jens has been involved in include the sale of a development/conversion for student housing to Patrizia AG and an office ensemble (portfolio and project development) to the family office Competo.
 
Jens has held a leading position in the real estate department of the Angermann Group since 1991. Prior to that, he was assistant to the executive board at the Hamburg shipping company H. Schuldt and at a management consultancy. He is a fully qualified lawyer and has a doctorate from the University of Hamburg.
