Alchemy Technology Services has been acquired by NTT DATA

October 2025 — NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, has acquired Alchemy Technology Services, a specialist insurance technology consultancy. The acquisition will enhance Alchemy’s ability to scale, extend its international footprint and drive innovation in partnership with major global insurers. It will also support NTT DATA’s insurance strategy and strengthen its delivery capabilities across key markets.

Founded in 2018, Alchemy specializes in digital transformation and consultancy services for the global insurance industry. The company is a Guidewire Advantage Partner, delivering solutions across core platform implementations, upgrades, testing and cloud adoption. Headquartered in Northern Ireland, Alchemy also has a presence in London following its acquisition of a UK-based insurance technology firm in 2023. The company is recognized for its agile approach, client-first ethos and investment in talent development through its bespoke academy model. Alchemy plays a key role in the commercial and London market, offering strategic consultancy and implementation support for insurers operating in complex, highly regulated environments.
