TV Guide Magazine is one of the most popular magazines in the country with over 12 million weekly readers. Celebrating more than 60 years as America's most trusted television authority, TV Guide Magazine is the premier source for entertainment news, guidance, and information about the country's most popular leisure time activity.
NTVB Media publishes TV entertainment and listings magazines for TV viewers in the USA. It offers weekly and monthly magazines that provide TV print listings on a localized city-by-city basis; and in-depth resource sections for movies and sports. The company also offers online publications that provide readers with an access to information about their favorite shows. NTVB Media is based in Troy, Michigan.
OpenGate Capital is a global private investment firm specializing in the acquisition and operation of businesses seeking revitalization through growth and operational improvements.
