The private shareholders of Millard Group Inc. have sold the company to infoUSA. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Millard Group, Inc. is recognized as one of the nation’s leading providers of direct marketing services. Since 1977, Millard Group has served the direct marketing industry with list management, list brokerage and more recently, alternative media services. The firm also operates the insert media group AM/Direct and the research group Decision Direct Research. It will retain its existing management team with Ben Perez as president and will continue to operate independently. Perez has been president since 1992, having joined Millard in 1984.
