November 2021 — Interpetrol SA has discontinued the business of Interpetrol Handelsgesellschaft mbH, its Austrian service center.

Interpetrol is a Swiss trader in crude oil and petroleum products and petrochemicals.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins’ team in Austria supported Interpetrol in the structured liquidation of its Austrian subsidiary. During this time, Oaklins Austria acted as interim management of Interpetrol Handelsgesellschaft.
