Total Specific Solutions has acquired Algardata
June 2022 — Total Specific Solutions B.V. (TSS) has acquired Algardata Sistemas Informáticos, S.A. (Algardata) a leading software provider of dedicated business solutions and services to verticals such as hospitality, retail, logistics and agriculture.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, TSS is an international vertical market software group. Its independent business units offer software-related business solutions to their specific market segment. TSS is active in a growing number of verticals, such as healthcare, local and central government, financial and legal services, accountancy, agriculture, automotive, construction, education, hospitality, manufacturing, maritime, mobility, real estate and retail.
Founded in 1990, Algardata is a family-owned technology company offering software development, managed services and consultancy, on top of many dedicated process and vertical market business software solutions. The company is present in Portugal, Angola and Argentina.
