Neometals has completed an equity raise

November 2023 — Neometals Ltd. has raised funds to advance sustainable battery materials projects, including lithium-ion recycling, lithium chemicals production and vanadium recovery from steel waste.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, acted as nominated advisor, joint broker and co-manager to Neometals Ltd. on its oversubscribed US$6 million equity raise.
