Its intelligence software provides data insights all in one place, making sales teams more effective and driving more profitable conversations. The platform connects to existing back-office systems and analyzes existing hard and soft data, making it easier, simpler and quicker to understand, so every salesperson can identify their revenue risks and opportunities. Additionally, the sales-i platform is fully backed by world-class customer support to help customers reach their business goals.
SugarCRM is a software company based in Silicon Valley. It produces the on-premises and cloud-based web application Sugar, a customer relationship management system. SugarCRM’s functionality includes sales force automation, marketing campaigns, customer support, collaboration, Mobile CRM, Social CRM and reporting.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the shareholders of sales-i on the sale of the business to SugarCRM.
