WestBridge has made a majority investment in Beckett Investment Management
August 2026 — WestBridge Fund Managers Limited has agreed to make a majority investment in Beckett Investment Management Group, a leading financial planning business in the east of England. The transaction is the fifth investment from WestBridge III and is subject to regulatory approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
WestBridge is an independent private equity house that invests in lower mid-market UK buy-outs and lower mid-market companies. The firm is currently investing its third fund, WestBridge III, which comprises over US$245 million in committed capital and earmarked co-investment monies. It invests between approximately US$14 million and US$55 million in profitable, successful and fast-growing companies.
Beckett is a financial advisory firm offering investment planning, retirement strategies, wealth management and employee benefits solutions. Established in 1988, the company has grown consistently and now has four offices in the UK, located in Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Ipswich and Lowestoft.
