Andrew Hoey

Associate Director

Andrew is an associate director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. As a member of the transaction support team, he assists ongoing transactions through market research, buyer list origination, valuations, pitch design and the completion of client documentation. He has extensive experience in marketing & advertising services and technology, navigating client needs for buy-side and sell-side engagements. Most recently, Andrew assisted creative agency Movers+Shakers on their sale to Stagwell. Additional notable engagements include Yahoo!’s strategic investment and partnership with Taboola as well as Martin.ai’s sale to PubMatic.

Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Andrew worked at Madison Alley and LUMA Partners—both notable advisors in the marketing and advertising space. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University as well as a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Andrew is a certified public accountant.
