Morgan Swanke

Morgan is an analyst at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. She is a member of the transaction support team which facilitates technology and media-focused M&A transactions through financial analysis, market research, buyer list origination, valuations, pitch design and the completion of client documentation.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan interned at the Bank of Burlington and The Dudley Fund, a venture capital firm, both located in Vermont. She has a combination of banking, venture capital and investment research experience, including supporting capital raises, investment pitch modeling and portfolio management. Morgan graduated from the University of Vermont with a major in business administration, concentration in finance and theme in entrepreneurship.
