ACS Metafore Tech, a niche telecommunication infrastructure services provider in Ontario, has been acquired by SC360, a company with a complete range of engineering, construction, installation and infrastructure maintenance to the wire and wireless telecommunications industry, for a US$3.5 million consideration.
