Éric Félix-Faure

Eric Félix-Faure is co-founder and Managing Partner of Oaklins France (formerly Aelios Finance), the leading private placement, M&A, LBO and ECM advisor in the country.

Prior to co-founding the firm in 2004, Eric had advised innovative SMEs in their equity financing (Chausson Finance and Felix Faure Finance). Before this, he held various operational functions (media, internet and financial) within the Vivendi group. Eric began his career as an auditor at Mazars.

He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and Ecole Centrale Paris.
