Quadrise Fuels International plc has successfully completed a fundraising.
Quadrise Fuels International plc is an emerging supplier of MSAR (multi-phase, superfine, atomised residue) emulsion technology and fuel, enabling a low-cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the global shipping, refining and power generation markets.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as the Nominated Advisor in this transaction. The team acted for Quadrise as nomad on its initial admission to AIM in 2006 and has more recently acted alongside its broker on three institutional placings, the last of which was conducted in conjunction with an open offer to Quadrise’s existing shareholders.
